Jackie on Broadway welcomes mind to high-end brand clothing, shoes, and accessories in new or like new/ very gently used condition. Items must be free from tears, stains, odors, and missing buttons or zippers. All items must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned. Please refrain from bringing items in garbage bags; we will provide hangers for clothing. Any items not selected during curation must be taken home immediately. If defects or stains are found after curation, those items will be donated. Each consignor is asked to bring 10-15 items to their appointment and Jackie on Broadway will accept the items that are most needed on the rack at the time of appointment. Consignment is by appointment only and consignors are generally allowed one appointment per season.

Consignor’s warrant that all items consigned are authentic name brands and designer labels. Jackie on Broadway will not be held accountable for misrepresented items or “knock-offs” of designer labels presented as authentic. If an item’s authenticity cannot be verified, it will be the consignors responsibility to pay for the cost of a 3rd party verification conducted through Jackie on Broadway. In the rare occasion that an item is sold and later discovered to be a “knock-off” and therefore returned, repayment will become the sole financial responsibility of the consignor.

Our seasonal schedule is as follows : Fall = August, September, October; Winter = November, December, January; Spring = February, March, April; Summer = May, June, July

Jackie on Broadway reserves the right to price all consignments. All consignments are marked down by 20% after the first 30 days and 50% after 45 days. High end, luxury and high end vintage items are marked down 10% after 30 days and some may be marked down and additional 5% after 45 days. Consignments are offered for sale in the store for up to 60 days, with extensions offered for luxury and high end items.

Consignors will receive 40% of the proceeds from all consignment sales. Luxury bags and merchandise will be paid at a 50% percentage of the consignment sale. Consigner payouts are available at the end of your 60 day consignment period, and can be paid via Venmo or Check.. Checks will be available in the store for pick-up at the end of your consignment cycle during normal business hours. If you require checks to be mailed, $2.00 will be deducted from your proceeds.

Unsold merchandise at the end of the consignment period can be reclaimed or become property of Jackie on Broadway at the discretion of the consignor. All reclaimed items must be removed within one week from the end of the seasonal period. Unsold/unclaimed items not removed from the store within one week will be deemed abandoned and become property of Jackie on Broadway. Please give me a head’s up when you will be coming in to pick up your unsold merchandise so I have time to gather your items.

Consignor warrants that they have full title to all consigned merchandise and will not hold Jackie on Broadway liable for any prior claim of title to those items. Jackie on Broadway is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise under any circumstance during the term of consignment. This agreement is binding for all future consignments with Jackie on Broadway.
